    This product is the FHF-WSDc-FK type circular flange electrically controlled fire damper, designed in accordance with GB 15930-2007 and GB 50243 standards, and is suitable for fire barrier applications in ventilation, air conditioning, dust removal, and other duct systems. The valve body is entirely constructed of 304 stainless steel (including the cylinder, flange, blades, and shaft), offering strong corrosion resistance and adaptability to harsh environments such as chemical plants, kitchens, and humid conditions. The nominal diameter covers Φ100–1250 mm, with high-temperature silicone rubber strips for sealing, a blade gap of ≤2 mm after closure, a fire resistance integrity rating of 1.5 hours (90 minutes), a maximum allowable static pressure of ≤1500 Pa, and an airflow velocity of ≤15 m/s.

    The product features dual closing safeguards: upon fire alarm linkage, a DC24V power supply (operating current ≤0.7A) activates the spring-return actuator to close the damper instantaneously, with a response time of ≤3 s; when the temperature inside the duct rises to 70°C ± 3°C, the fusible link melts, triggering a purely mechanical spring-driven automatic closure. These two mechanisms operate independently without interference. Built-in two sets of passive micro-switches provide fully open/fully closed feedback signals to the fire alarm control panel. After power loss, manual resetting is required via the external red handle.     The FHF-WSDc-FK type circular electrically operated fire damper, manufactured by Shanghai Shudun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., is designed to provide reliable fire barrier protection for ventilation and air conditioning duct systems. The valve body is constructed entirely of 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for special environments such as chemical plants, kitchens, and humid conditions. The product complies with the national standard GB 15930-2007, with diameters ranging from Φ100 to 1250 mm, accommodating various conventional duct installation requirements.

    The damper is normally held in the open position during regular operation. In the event of a fire, it can be automatically closed through two independent methods: first, via an electrical closure triggered by a DC24V linkage signal from the fire alarm control panel; second, through mechanical closure when the temperature inside the duct reaches 70°C, causing the fusible link to melt. After closure, the damper's feedback signal is transmitted to the fire alarm control panel in real time. Manual resetting is required after the fire alarm has been cleared. With reliable actuation and rugged construction, this product serves as a practical supporting device in building fire compartmentation systems.
